2018 Prêt-à-Rose


Our 2018 Rosé is an all-Beechworth blend of Sangiovese, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon. Made as a white wine, fruit is crushed, stomped and basket pressed to a mix of old barriques and puncheons with full solids, where it wild ferments without temperature control. It sees three to four months on lees before sulphuring, finishing and bottling. It’s always bone dry, and should be savoury and complex yet thirst-slaking.
