WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

After joining you will receive a welcome email with your membership details including your personal discount codes for further purchases.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY WINES?

Your first pack will be shipped shortly. If you decide to upgrade your membership by purchasing one of our single site mixed packs, we’ll send both together (while stocks last). You’ll then be notified when our next regular shipment is coming up in case you want to make any changes.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY WINES?

Absolutely. After you’ve signed up, you can simply get in touch and we’ll make any adjustments you’d like subject to availability. There may be some price changes, but we’ll let you know.

 IS THERE A MINIMUM SPEND?

Yes, in a way. As long as we send you the same amount (bottles) of ‘drink now’ or ‘single site’ wines at our regular shipping times, then your discount continues.

CAN I BUY MORE WINES?

Of course. You will have a personal discount code that you can use as much as you like for as long as your subscription is active. You can purchase on our website, at our cellar door or simply get in touch.

CAN I PAUSE MY MEMBERSHIP?

Yes, get in touch and let us know what you’re thinking and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

HOW DO YOU SHIP AND WHAT ARE SHIPPING COSTS?

We’re happy to cover shipping costs from Beechworth using the Aramex network. We sometimes need to ship with Australia Post for areas outside our regular network. Shipping times can vary depending on location. For most areas shipping is included but for some remote areas, we may need you to cover some shipping costs but will always let you know in advance.

HOW DO YOU PROCESS PAYMENTS?

We’ll always process payments just prior to shipping and give you plenty of warning to make adjustments.

HOW ARE MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS STORED?

Your payment information is stored securely and encrypted in our Stripe Payment Gateway. We can’t see it.

Yes, get in touch and let us know what you’re thinking and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
